Midwest FurFest Badge Policies

When Can I Pick Up My Badge?

Badges may be picked up at Registration in Hall A of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center during the following times:

Thursday, December 5, 2024:

3PM - 5PM - Sponsor and Shiny Sponsor Preregistration Only
5PM - 7PM - Preregistration Attendees Only
7PM - 10PM - All Preregistration and At The Door Attendees

Friday, December 6, 2024:

10AM - 8PM - All Preregistration and At The Door Attendees

Saturday, December 7, 2024:

10AM - 6PM - All Preregistration and At The Door Attendees

Sunday, December 8, 2024:

10AM - 3PM - All Preregistration and At The Door Attendees

All attendees will be required to show ID to a Registration staffer in order to receive a badge. In addition, some minors may be required to have additional paperwork. Minors and Parents should read our Parent's and Minor's Guide for a complete set of questions, and forms which may be required.

What is the Midwest FurFest Refund Policy?

Refunds for your Midwest FurFest registration can be obtained in one of the following ways:

All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

Attendees can request a full refund through 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

Sponsors and Shiny Sponsors can request a full refund through 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. A partial refund equal to the amount of the pre-registration Attendee registration can be requested until 11:59PM Central Standard Time on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

Any badge that is marked as Checked In or Picked Up on Thursday, December 5, 2024 or later is not eligible for a refund.
